Return & Exchange Policy

 

At MyRestartLife™, we want you to feel confident in your purchases. Our policies are designed to reflect the nature of the products we provide: coaching services, digital products, and merchandise fulfilled by Printful.

 

🔹 1. Coaching & Consulting Services

  • Payments for coaching sessions, programs, or consultations are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll gladly work with you to find a new time.

 

🔹 2. Digital Products (ebooks, courses, workbooks, downloads)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@myrestartlife.com within 7 days, and we’ll ensure you receive your product.

 

🔹 3. Merchandise (Printful Fulfilled Orders)

All merchandise (apparel, accessories, and other items) is fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Their return policy applies:

  • Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse: Printful does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or if you change your mind. Please review size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

  • Return Address: If a return is approved, the item will be shipped back to Printful’s facility. Instructions will be provided when your return request is reviewed.

 

🔹 4. How to Request Support

To report an issue, request support, or inquire about a return, please email us at hello@myrestartlife.com with your order details and any relevant photos.
