Restart. Renew. Rise.
About Restart Your Life
MyRestartLife™ was born out of the very pain that once felt unbearable. What I went through could have remained just loss and heartbreak, but instead, I decided to transform it into something that can heal others—this is not just a brand, it's my story, born out of brokenness, resilience, and renewal.
And, it could be yours too. But you can rise above betrayal. You can choose not to let the brokenness define you.
The course, Restart Your Life, is a call to all our true selves that have ever been betrayed, misunderstood, or left broken.
We can flip the switch and tread the path to recovery by reconnecting with all our traumas, past and present, and regain our true selves. The selves we were before we let them into our lives.
We can definitely restart our lives.
The Betrayal Recovery Starter Guide is a mini powerhouse packed with affirmations, self-reflections, and points to guide your journal journey to recovery and renewal. Born from the transformative Restart Your Life course, this supportive guide offers a balance of structure and freedom, empowering you to build lasting habits of clarity, growth, and inner peace.

I may not be perfect, but betrayal cannot be my undoing
The Story
That Started It All
In 2020, I met a man I believed would be the love of my life. We shared dreams across oceans, and I supported him financially and emotionally with my whole heart. For three years, I fought for his visa—writing senators, a congressman, and even the White House—until it was approved in December 2023.
He finally arrived in January 2024.
By June, he was gone.
The loss was surreal—after years of sacrifice, managing two households, and my own recovery from injury, everything I invested seemed shattered.
My heart cracked, but I did not break.
Instead, I chose to rise.
Betrayal became the spark for deeper healing, self-discovery, and renewal.
Out of that journey, I created MyRestartLife™—a blueprint for anyone ready to rebuild their life after heartbreak, loss, or disappointment. Betrayed: A Journey of Love, Loss, and Renewal was meant for the courtroom. Instead, I chose to tell a story that is not unique to me, but that can help others identify, reflect, and start their recovery journey. Renewal is possible.
